Provision of confidential counselling services in the work place

We can provide confidential Counselling-similar to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with an experienced qualified counsellor with knowledge of the business. Counselling may be about personal or work-related difficulties. It can be useful when someone wants to talk about their problems to someone outside their family or circle of friends or colleagues. These problems may concern; anxiety, distressing events, stress: at home or at work, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement or loss, bullying, harassment or conflict at work.

Access to confidential counselling is usually by self-referral. The employee phones to request an appointment. An agreed number of counseling sessions are provided as per contract with the employer.

Manager referral: employees can be referred for counselling to this service by their manager. An initial assessment takes place and then an agreed number of sessions provided.
