Our approach

We are dedicated to providing our clients with an effective service that is tailored to individual company needs and available resources. We take a proactive and partnership approach to working with our clients to ensure that their Occupational Medical requirements are being met at all times.

Specialist team

We have a specialist team of Occupational Health Physicians, Nurse/Case Managers, Organisational Psychologist, Business Manager and back-up administration team to meet the requirements of our corporate clients.  We also have a network of Allied Health professionals who we work closely with to assist in us in the delivery of our rehabilitation and stress management programmes.

Performance monitoring

To ensure the effectiveness of the service we provide, we have a robust audit process in place and measure our performance against a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) which are agreed with our clients on an individual basis.

Fast turnaround

We recognise the importance of a fast turnaround in appointments, assessments and reports to ensure the smooth running and decision making of any organisation. Where appointments are delayed this can have a negative effect on recruitment, rehabilitation of employees who are injured, and higher replacement costs. We have flexible opening hours to ensure that additional appointment times are available as required.

Convenience

For the convenience of employees, we have three clinics around Dublin. Our main practice is at Rockfield Medical Campus in Balally, Dundrum directly beside the Balally Luas stop and just off the M50. We also have weekly clinics at Dublin City University, Dublin 7 and at Barrow Street, Dublin 4.

Nationwide service

Through a unique network of Occupational Physician colleagues around the country, we provide a nationwide service to our corporate clients.
